#IRONCOWBOY 2016 Preview

This weekend the Built Ford Tough Series stops in Arlington, TX at the Choctaw Casino Resort Iron Cowboy presented by Kawasaki. This is the second major of the year. This event is a last cowboy standing format and the winner will take home $100,000. There will also be a Bad Boy Mowers Bounty Bull worth an additional $25,000. 

Also note that after this event bids to BFTS events will be based on current 2016 standings and any injury exemptions. This means if you are not in the top 30 after this weekend it's time to pack your bags and head to the BlueDEF Tour to get more points. 

You can watch this weekends stop two ways either on PBRLive or CBS Sports Network. PBRLive coverage will take place Saturday, February 27th at 5:50pm CST. 
CBS Sports Network will broadcast on Saturday, February 27th at 8:00pm CST and continues on Sunday, February 28th at 11:30am CST. 

Adjustments To The Line Up

Who's Out:
Derek Kolbaba is out due to left riding hand injury. Kolbaba plans to be back in action in Phoenix. 
Robson Aragao is out due to a broken jaw. 
J.W. Harris is out due to recent elbow surgery.
Matt Triplett is out due to recent elbow surgery. Triplett was planing on coming back this weekend but after a doctors appointment he has been cleared for action starting March 1st. Triplett want to get on some practice bulls before returning to BFTS action. 
Bonner Bolton is out due to recent neck surgery.
Chase Outlaw is out due to recent shoulder surgery. 
Renato Nunes retired during the 2015 season so a slot will open for his replacement. 
L.J. Jenkins retired during the 2015 season so a a lot will open for his replacement.

Douglas Duncan is back in action after sustaining a left calf contusion and a broken right fibula I'm #PBROKC and #PBRSTL. 
Ryan Dirteater is back in action after sustaining facial lacerations in #PBRSTL. 
 

We already know the match ups for the first round. Looks like we got some great match ups coming our way! 



It's time for the Cowboys of the "toughest sport on dirt" to start the run for the gold buckle.
